Tal lo pronosticado, el mercado de la construcci\u00f3n continu\u00f3 su tendencia alcista, despu\u00e9s de un a\u00f1o signado por la pandemia.<\/p>\n

El cambio de paradigma que represent\u00f3 el \u201chome office\u201d y la obligatoriedad de permanecer m\u00e1s tiempo en casa, llev\u00f3 a la necesidad de mejorar, embellecer y\/o agregar espacios en las viviendas.<\/p>\n

Sumado a esto, el siempre presente concepto de \u201cahorrar en ladrillos\u201d como la alternativa m\u00e1s segura de tener un resguardo de valor, gener\u00f3 que el mercado traccionara de manera significativa.<\/p>\n

Un punto importante a tener en cuenta es que la sostenida demanda llevo a faltantes de productos (algunos de ellos esenciales) ligados no s\u00f3lo a la construcci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n al agro.<\/p>\n

Nuestro gran stock (valor este que desde hace d\u00e9cadas supimos transformar en religi\u00f3n) nos permiti\u00f3 salir airosos de la complicada realidad a costa de perder, en algunos casos, la totalidad de nuestro inventario.<\/p>\n

El 2021 estar\u00e1 signado tambi\u00e9n por ser el a\u00f1o en que dimos el primer paso en el camino para certificar como Empresa B de Triple Impacto. Tarea dif\u00edcil, porque los requerimientos son muchos, pero por el solo hecho de empezar a transitarlo, desafiante y movilizadora.<\/p>\n
